Key Personnel

Matt Milinski
President

Mr. Milinski founded Florida Civil in 2012 after working as an engineer and field representative at a local dewatering company for 13 years. He has managed a multitude of large scale pumping projects ranging from deep excavations having multiple wellpoint stages to federal projects for which he has been recognized by the government for his performance such as unwatering in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. Mr. Milinski believes in the application of hands on experience, local knowledge and an engineering background to develop plans and solutions for dewatering and environmental projects.

Alexis Gonzalez
Vice President of Construction

Alexis is a Civil Engineering graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has been with Florida Civil Inc. since 2013. As a Project Manager, Alexis is involved with all segments of Florida Civil operations. His experience lies in construction dewatering, dewatering permitting, groundwater treatment systems, environmental compliance and testing.

Camilo Tobon
Vice President of Operations

Camilo has been with Florida Civil since 2017. As a Superintendent, Camilo is involved with all segments of field operations for Florida Civil. His experience lies in general construction management and construction dewatering.

 

Michael Tremblay
Superintendent

Michael has been with the company since 2013. He has supervised over 100 Florida Civil projects, ranging from dewatering system installations and treatment system setups to field fabrication. Michael has extensive hands on experience in the design, installation and operation of dewatering systems

 

Miguel Lopez
Project Manager

Miguel is a Civil Engineering graduate of Ricardo Palma University. He joined Florida Civil, Inc. in 2019 as a Project Engineer tasked with drafting dewatering plans, preparing dewatering permits, performing environmental compliance procedures, and soil and groundwater testing. Miguel has experience in supervising, managing and monitoring construction projects such as; Utility Construction, Deep Excavation Projects and Soil Nailing Retaining Systems.

 

Hannah Malinowski
Dewatering Permit Project Manager

Hannah is a Civil Engineering graduate of Florida Atlantic University and has been with Florida Civil Inc. since 2021. Hannah has experience in developing dewatering plans for utility and foundation projects, local and state dewatering permitting, and environmental reporting.

Robin Blake
Office Manager

Robin joined Florida Civil as the Office Manager in 2016. She has over 20 years’ experience as an operations manager in the underground construction industry. Her professional experience includes serving on the board of the Florida Directional Drilling Association (FDDA) and committee member for both the National Underground Construction Association (NUCA) and the Underground Association of South Florida (UCA). Robin also volunteers for the Children’s Cancer Caring Center and other local charities.
